How We Deliver

Our speed-to-power
deployment methodology.

From site assessment through long-term operations — with the gas tie-in, firm transport and air permit on the critical path from day one.

  1. Phase IStrategic Assessment2–4 weeks
  2. Phase IIDetailed Design6–8 weeks (up to 12)
  3. Phase IIIBuild & Implement9+ months
  4. Phase IVOwn & Operate5–20 year offtake
  5. Phase VOptimizeAcross the term

Phase I Strategic Assessment

2–4 weeks

Key activities

  • Site feasibility and power-island location
  • Pipeline and grid-interconnect analysis; hot-tap and lateral options
  • Firm-transport pathways to lock in fuel
  • Surface rights, as needed
  • Emissions and permitting pathway, incl. portable-unit route for bridge power

Key outputs

  • Site ranking and layout
  • Gas supply and firm-transport plan
  • Budget, schedule and go/no-go

Phase II Detailed Design

6–8 weeks (up to 12)

Key activities

  • Island or grid-parallel architecture, set by uptime
  • Load-balance and availability studies
  • Air-permit application (~6-month minimum)
  • Detailed design with our engineers and owner’s engineer
  • Equipment plan: generation, switchgear, transformers
  • Commercial, credit and financing structure

Key outputs

  • Basis of design and single-line
  • Air permit filed
  • FID package

Phase III Build & Implement

9+ months

Key activities

  • FID and release of long-lead equipment
  • EPC selection and management
  • Site preparation and groundbreaking
  • Construction power via diesel or CNG bridge
  • Gas tie-in, commissioning and testing

Key outputs

  • Commissioned plant
  • First power in ~9–12 months
  • O&M handover

Phase IV Own & Operate

5–20 year offtake

Key activities

  • Deliver to SLA uptime and availability
  • 24/7 operations and maintenance
  • Fuel management and reserves
  • Performance reporting and governance

Key outputs

  • SLA performance reporting
  • Availability records
  • Long-term delivery

Phase V Optimize

Across the term

Key activities

  • NEOS real-time dashboards and analytics
  • Consumption and load-balancing insight
  • Predictive maintenance and fuel optimization
  • Capacity added as load grows

Key outputs

  • Customer dashboard
  • Efficiency gains
  • Expansion roadmap

Phases can overlap; a bridge can run in parallel with design.

Commercial model

One partner from first power to permanent.

Deploy, displace, convert, integrate. Start at the rung that fits your site — a bridge is an option, not a prerequisite.
