Challenge
- Energize compute in weeks, not the years a grid connection takes
- Hundreds of portable generators, each needing continuous fuel
- Zero tolerance for interruption
Track Record
Not just a service menu: a decade of 24/7 fuel and natural gas operations for the most demanding operators in the Permian — the operating base behind NeoCore Power.
Acquired and optimized the largest U.S. transmix refinery
Built Manticore to fuel Permian frac fleets
Launched the market-leading CORE automated fueling system
Expanded into CNG virtual pipeline and compression
Launched NeoCore Power for behind-the-meter generation
largest oil and gas operators served
of Permian oil production supported
of U.S. oil production enabled, about one in every ten barrels
platform revenue since 2018
of power deployments in design and contracting
Active programs
Speed to energization drives the decision. We are delivering against it today.
| Client | Solution | Scale | Location | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tier-1 hyperscaler | Diesel bridge fuel and custom automated fueling for speed-to-power generation | 200+ MW; 384 generators; custom fueling system with 99.5% uptime availability | West Texas | Contracted — mobilizing |
| National power generation equipment provider | Preferred fueling partner — diesel and CNG — across its generation fleet | National; hyperscale is first deployment | United States | Partnership in place |
| Multi-GW digital-infrastructure operator | True BTM: we own fuel supply and generation; islanded at start, moving to grid-parallel for added capacity | Multiple sites × ~200 MW | Permian Basin, TX | Solution design — award pending |
| Bitcoin miner pivoting to AI (~150 MW operating) | BTM generation to supplement grid capacity; islanded at start, moving to grid-parallel | Site-specific | West Texas | Under NDA — diligence |
| NeoCore Stanton campus | Owned power campus alongside our compression and gas supply, for private and sovereign AI tenants seeking cost-effective power below 99.9% availability | — | Stanton, TX | Build-out underway |

The constraint is not gas supply, it is firm taps, laterals and firm transport. That insight re-ranked the sites and focused engineering on pathways that can be locked in. Each site requires ~40–45 MMscf/d of firm gas at full load.
Client and site identities withheld. Program in design and proposal phase. Figures are design-basis estimates.
