Track Record

Built on a decade of
24/7 energy operations.

Not just a service menu: a decade of 24/7 fuel and natural gas operations for the most demanding operators in the Permian — the operating base behind NeoCore Power.

  1. 2016

Acquired and optimized the largest U.S. transmix refinery

  2. 2018

Built Manticore to fuel Permian frac fleets

  3. 2019

Launched the market-leading CORE automated fueling system

  4. 2021

Expanded into CNG virtual pipeline and compression

  5. 2026

Launched NeoCore Power for behind-the-meter generation

Challenge

  • Energize compute in weeks, not the years a grid connection takes
  • Hundreds of portable generators, each needing continuous fuel
  • Zero tolerance for interruption

Solution

  • Custom automated fueling loop across all 384 generators
  • Designed, built and PLC/SCADA-programmed in-house
  • Full diesel supply, 24/7 technicians, dispatch and staged reserves

Outcome

  • Construction and IT load powered ahead of permanent infrastructure
  • One operating scope, one SLA
  • Template for a multi-GW national rollout

Key finding

The constraint is not gas supply, it is firm taps, laterals and firm transport. That insight re-ranked the sites and focused engineering on pathways that can be locked in. Each site requires ~40–45 MMscf/d of firm gas at full load.

Phase I · Strategic assessmentDelivered
  • Pipeline and residue-gas mapping across candidate sites
  • Gas sampling, composition, tie-in and pressure work with midstream operators
  • Parallel delivered-to-the-fence gas pathways
Phase II · Detailed designUnderway
  • Enterprise-class specification
  • Islanded at start; grid-parallel ERCOT tie-in for added capacity
  • Tier-1 owner’s engineer engaged; phased design delivery
Phase III+ · Build, own, operateNext
  • Phased generation blocks against the customer’s ramp
  • NeoCore owns the fuel supply and generation under long-term offtake
